This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical leadership, to build, advocate for and drive the adoption of key technologies that we design, develop, and offer as services internally and externally. Responsibilities: Develop, integrate, test, and deploy frontend applications and component libraries using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Build responsive and scalable UI components using Tailwind CSS and SCSS/SASS. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences. Ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability in frontend applications. Integrate frontend applications with backend services for efficiency and scalability. Instrument frontend applications to measure performance, troubleshoot issues and drive resolutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frontend technologies. Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to iteratively deliver high-quality software. Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to technical communities. Collaborate with SDETs and QEs to ensure application quality and reliability. Contribute to test automation efforts by writing unit, integration, system, and acceptance tests, ensuring the stability and resilience of application. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a technical environment. Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS, and Storybook. Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD. Practical experience with Git and GitHub Action workflows for deployment automation. Hands-on experience with Node.js and RESTful API integration. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library is a plus. Experience maintaining common libraries and open-source projects. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications & Skills (if any): Experience working with AWS services, including CloudFront, S3, and other related offerings. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and micro-frontend architecture (MFE). Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Datadog and Grafana. Security & Access Management: Knowledge of token-based authentication and role-based access control (RBAC).
