This position will have a lead role in performing vulnerability assessments, security testing, and working with operations and development teams on remediation and mitigation of findings. The Security Engineer provides support to planning, designing and implementing security controls which safeguard and monitor events for information systems, enterprise applications and data. The Security Engineer will be looked to as someone who can give advice. Help manage vulnerabilities and remediation effectively and accurately Collaborate on patch validation and reporting of remediation planning and compensating controls of mitigation to address open vulnerabilities Provide written reports and analysis of findings to communicate potential risks and impacts, including any business impact or disruption Experience with Tenable Nessus - Any tool is acceptable, understanding of process and remediation is more critical.
