Please call me back at 571-360-5388 Ext. 333 Title : Senior Business Analyst Duration : 10+ months Location : New York, NY (Onsite Role) Job Description Assignment Details Interact with the customer to analyze their need and find solutions. Creates user stories with relevant acceptance criteria. Review user stories and confirm that they are in line with the business rules. Discuss with all stakeholders (customer, technical team, and PO) to make sure that there is no gap at any level. Finally prepares documents including design flow and wireframes. Understands requirement, prepares documentation and grooms backlog Grooms the backlog along with the scrum team For every vaguely written acceptance criteria, BA will provide a detailed explanation to the team. Be part of the customer meeting and sprint discussions. Serves as a tester on the team, creates Functional and UAT test scripts Skills & Requirements Minimum of 10 years of business analyst work experience. Minimum 5 years working in an Agile/Scrum team Project management and/or Salesforce project implementation experience. Ability to quickly master subject matter content, including technical material related to utilities, energy efficiency, and demand management in order to communicate business needs to the technology teams effectively. Strong oral, writing, and presentation communication skills and a solid ability to manage meetings. Self-sufficient person who can work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams. Demonstrated salesforce platform experience Demonstrated experience in working with business partners to Client and document business process requirements, business workflow, and enhancements for purposes of managing and maintaining systems and processes. Hands on experience with a variety of methods to glean business requirements including some of the following: brainstorming, document analysis, interface analysis, interviewing, prototyping, requirements workshops, reverse engineering and surveys. Direct experience auditing, troubleshooting, and resolving data integrity/quality issues. Experience in developing and managing test plans for software testing and executing test scripts (Unit, Functional, UAT, and Regression). The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.
