Follow an established methodology for analyzing requirements, current system capabilities, and new design needs. Skills/Experience * Agile framework * Writing user stories * Creating requirement reports, post-install validation reports and talking points * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Technical knowledge of full stack development process * Experience in financial services or insurance * Experience with digital initiatives Tools * Jira/Confluence * Polarion * Microsoft Office Essential Activities * Partner with the product owner to determine business needs and translate them into user stories. * Create and groom the backlog with the product owner. * Work closely with the scrum team so they can gain a common understanding of what needs to be built. * Facilitate meetings with business partners, the scrum team and other teams. * Transfer knowledge to other teams and departments who will support the changes in Production. * Collaborate with the other digital Client for knowledge sharing and best practices.
