Understands business requirement and maps same to AbbVie current solution as much as possible with minor modifications. Also in case of complete new solution requirement, candidate should be able to design high effective solution to easy maintainability during support. Solution design, development, reviews, Testing, Transporting to Quality / Production System and Hyper care in SAP S/4 HANA. Open to new ideas. Supports those who initiate change and take risks. Partner with business, AbbVie IT to formulate application development and . Define templates, standards, and patterns to be used across project teams. Anticipates and recommends technical solutions to business problems. Accountable for maintainability, reliability, and availability of systems solutions relative to business expectations. Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners. Co-ordinates with offshore team, explain functionality, sets up expectation, reviews technical objects, etc. Candidate takes cares of performance aspect of each technical objects during design, development, testing, etc. Operates within well-defined expectations. Manages SAP Transports : transport list, sequencing, etc. Required Skills: Minimum two end-to-end implementation experience along with 4 or more years of implementation project experience. They key is to have worked on Implementation projects (Minimum two projects ). Candidate who have not worked on implementation projects need not apply. Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and typically 10+ years of experience, Including 8 years hands on SAP configuration and implementation. Process expertise and solution design in SAP Technical (ABAP) area and strong expertise in Third Party Integration. Candidate should have high hand-on in SAP S/4 HANA Technical area with high expertise in latest changes in ABAP area in SAP S/4 HANA. Expertise in business processes, quality assurance principles, systems configuration, enhancements, and master data elements. Demonstrate knowledge of SAP ABAP integration with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and purchasing processes. Hands-on experience planning and facilitating blueprint workshops centric to SAP solutions. Ability to collaborate with other high-caliber architects to achieve the best solution outcomes. Strong understanding in developing complex interfaces. Ability to resolve complex issues in high stress and high-pressure situations. Effective communication and influencing Senior Leaders in business and IT. Critical Thinking. Coaching and mentoring business and IT resources to ensure effective and sustainable application designs.
