About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Crude Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in ETRM (Energy Trading & Risk Management) systems who is ready to take the next step into senior management. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-growth client anticipating significant expansion in 2026, where your expertise will directly shape strategic decisions and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide SME-level expertise in crude trading and risk management processes. Lead initiatives around crude scheduling, trading operations, and risk management. Serve as a bridge between technology, operations, and executive leadership. Guide system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements within ETRM platforms. Mentor and manage teams, preparing for a transition into senior leadership responsibilities. Support strategic planning and contribute to the clients growth roadmap. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in crude trading, scheduling, and risk management. Strong hands-on experience with ETRM platforms (e.g., Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, etc.). Deep knowledge of front-to-back-office trading workflows. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business/IT alignment.
