Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. Define program structure, scope, goals, and success criteria with business sponsors. Oversee daily execution, tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving escalations. Ensure proper resource allocation, budgeting, and sponsorship alignment. Manage cross-functional and onsite-offshore teams, maintaining high cohesion and performance. Regularly report on program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Promote Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement across teams. Skills and Experience Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce programs and digital transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Functional Design, and Agile delivery. Excellent program governance, planning, and execution capabilities. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate onsite-offshore delivery models and maintain alignment across distributed teams. Expertise in risk management, escalation handling, and continuous process improvement.
