The primary focus will be driving Scrum practices for teams, with the added ability to provide light coaching and guidance on Agile ways of working when needed. Responsibilities Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Support teams in removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage Agile values and principles while tailoring practices to team maturity levels. Provide limited Agile coaching to teams and stakeholders as needed, promoting collaboration and value delivery. Help Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization. Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners to share knowledge and improve delivery outcomes. Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent certification is required). Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Some experience in Agile coaching (mentoring teams, guiding Product Owners, or introducing Agile practices). Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Practitioner mindset with the ability to balance servant leadership and coaching. Passionate about helping teams grow in Agile maturity.
