We use Agile delivery model to design, develop, and support our applications in a hybrid Scrum/Kanban model. We are seeking talented Scrum Master who has experience working with teams to deliver software projects in a fast-paced environment Job Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate agile framework ceremonies for agile teams Identifies, tracks, and removes impediments for feature/project and team success. Ensures planning of go-live and deployment activities and facilitate their execution Ensures that all team members understand and accept their roles and responsibilities Monitors sprint velocity and works with team to determine how they can continue to improve on velocity and recognize additional efficiencies as they mature Tracks and reports key project metrics, informing stakeholders as appropriate Coordinates participation of different Technology and business groups in requirements gathering, specifications, design, development, and implementation of key projects Learns, understands, and actively uses Azure DevOps to effectively manage the teams backlog and sprint-committed items Facilitates change management strategies related to team backlogs to ensure value delivery is optimized May resolve conflict between team members Facilitates the creation of product and sprint backlogs Maintain process documentation in collaboration with other Scrum Teams Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments.
