Hands-on experience in ITSM/HRSD implementation , Asset Management and Data Integration etc. Strong hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience is a must. REST/SOAP APIs integration experience is nice to have. Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues. Obtain and analyse/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets. Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail on each project. Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team.
