This role involves leading the modernization of a legacy EHS management system by converting it into a robust enterprise PowerApps solution. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in developing enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. Familiarity with SharePoint as a data source is essential, as much of the existing data resides there. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years of Power Platform development experience Extensive experience with Power Platform suite, including Apps & Automate, as well as reporting tools Strong knowledge and experience with SharePoint Strong proficiency in building Canvas and Model-driven apps. Experience with Power Platform Common Data Service (Dataverse). Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with REST APIs and integrating third-party systems into Power Apps. Experience as a Lead is a plus Knowledge of governance, security, & compliance in Power Platform environments is a plus Self-starter work ethic Excellent written & verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400). Experience in Agile development methodology. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics CE, and Office 365 ecosystems.
