The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking progress through metrics and reporting, and effectively communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in development projects, exposure to cloud-based environments, and the ability to present team updates to senior leadership and large audiences.Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, PI planning) in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. Track team performance using Rally (CA Agile Central) metrics and provide detailed reporting. Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals and delivery timelines. Identify and remove impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. Provide regular updates and presentations on team progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, including large audiences. Leverage cloud project exposure to support modern development and deployment practices.Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments. Strong expertise in Rally (CA Agile Central) for metrics and reporting. Hands-on experience supporting development projects (cloud or on-premise). Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to present to large groups. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles for the team. Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred.
