The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying Python applications using MongoDB, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and solution architecture to deliver scalable, high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead and mentor a team of developers on Python, MongoDB, and Azure best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles. Solution Architecture Design and architect scalable, resilient, cloud-native applications on Azure. Ensure applications meet business requirements, performance, and reliability goals. Application Development Develop high-quality backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines using Python. Implement data-driven applications following best practices for maintainability and scalability. Database Management Design, implement, and manage MongoDB databases. Optimize database performance, schema design, and data integrity. Data Integration & ETL Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ingestion, transformation, and loading. Cloud Services & DevOps Implement and manage Azure services including Azure Functions, App Services, Blob Storage, and other PaaS offerings. Collaborate with DevOps teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines ensuring automated testing and deployment. Problem Solving Serve as the technical authority for complex challenges, providing expert guidance and solutions. Qualifications Experience Minimum 10 years of software development experience. At least 5 years in a lead or architect role. Technical Skills Expert-level proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Flask and Django. Extensive experience with MongoDB, including query optimization, schema design, and performance tuning. Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (ADF, Azure Functions, App Services, Blob Storage). Strong database design, data modeling, and cloud architecture skills. Leadership & Collaboration Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
