This role requires strong hands-on experience with Empower, LabX, and Unicorn systems, OS migration, and desktop support.Key Responsibilities: Act as system administrator for lab computers and lab equipment. Provide support for Empower, LabX, and Unicorn systems. Deliver desktop support across Windows OS (XP, 7, 10) and MS Office suite. Troubleshoot network issues and support IT hardware/software. Manage SCCM patching, Active Directory, antivirus tools, and imaging/deployment. Participate or lead Windows 10 OS migration projects. Document system procedures and ensure compliance with ITIL processes. Use ServiceNow for service delivery and incident tracking. Provide excellent customer service to lab and IT stakeholders.Required Skills: Hands-on lab computer and equipment support (Empower, LabX, Unicorn required). Strong knowledge of Windows OS (XP, 7, 10) and MS Office suite. Experience in SCCM patching, AD, antivirus tools, imaging & deployment. Network troubleshooting and Linux knowledge (plus). Experience with Windows 10 deployment and OS migration. Understanding of ITIL processes and use of ServiceNow. Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
