The role requires deep understanding of plan databases, plan edits, and the ability to design test cases from technical specifications. The candidate should be comfortable working with CVS testing tools (EZTEST, SFDC, EZQUERY), performing query testing, and collaborating with clients/customers for test case reviews. Key Responsibilities: Review technical specifications and design detailed test cases. Work with clinical and benefit plan data to ensure accurate test coverage. Conduct plan database and plan edits testing. Utilize CVS tools like EZTEST, SFDC, EZQUERY. Perform SQL query testing for plan database configurations. Collaborate with clients/customers for case reviews. Lead QA projects and mentor junior testers. Apply manual testing, automation (QTP/VB Script), and AI/GenAI knowledge where applicable. Required Skills: 3+ years of leading QA projects. 4+ years with SQL queries, clinical or benefit information testing. Experience with VB Script/QTP. AI/GenAI knowledge (bonus). Healthcare domain experience (mandatory). Hands-on with manual testing, AS400 testing, plan configurations. Familiarity with CVS proprietary tools (EZTEST, SFDC, EZQUERY).
