Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. Optimize and maintain existing codebases and database queries for performance and scalability. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and peer mentoring. Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features. Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and enterprise architecture standards. Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment procedures. Required Skills : 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and Angular. Strong proficiency in SQL Server and writing optimized SQL queries. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in enterprise risk or compliance platforms. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
