Role: SAP SD Functional Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Long term Contract Rate: $60/Hr on C2C Job Description: Responsibilities include: Will join an inflight project to implement the foundation for the subscriptions platform for the Video, Surveillance & Access Control business unit at MSI. The solution is based on heavy integration between Salesforce & SAP S4 1809. Will need to work with the MSI SAP SD resources, to perform the required SAP configuration as well as write the functional specifications & unit test for SAP enhancements, forms, conversions & integrations. Majority of the work will be around the interfaces between SAP & Salesforce. Will need to work closely with the Salesforce team, as well as the SAP team responsible to build the SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting) solution. Develop and execute test plans and scripts that are traceable to documented requirements; support Business in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintain documentation and updates; analyze lessons learned and share with the SAP CoE community as required. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), with at least 1 SAP S4 full implementation. Knowledge of subscription processes / used cases & milestone billing is a must. Knowledge of customer orders, Advanced returns is must. Knowledge of OCR processes is preferable. Knowledge and experience with near real-time integrations between SAP & Salesforce is a must. Knowledge of the RAR module is preferred, but not required as this work will be done by other project resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to travel to Canada or the United States as required to attend on-site workshops, most work will be done remotely.
