The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SQL Server 2019 and 2022, supporting both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring database reliability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain MSSQL databases across production and development environments. Install, configure, and troubleshoot MSSQL Server instances, including Always ON Availability Groups, Replication, and Clustering. Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. Test and validate backup solutions to guarantee recoverability and support Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures. imize SQL queries and database performance through indexing and query tuning. Automate routine processes using Power and other scripting tools. Work with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS for database operations and migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support project objectives. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in MSSQL database administration (on-prem and cloud). Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server 2019 and 2022. Expertise in Always ON, Replication, and Clustering configurations. Solid understanding of backup/recovery, disaster recovery planning, and database security. Experience with Power scripting and process automation. Proficient in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting. Good communication, analytical, and project management skills.
