Two-year degree in a computing-related field or equivalent work experience Experience with configuration, management, and maintenance of endpoints images deployed to corporate devices Experience remediating vulnerabilities through patching of systems and updating to endpoint images. Create and enforce policy in operating systems images. Some experience providing support for endpoint devices, including maintenance of operating systems and security Automating Software deployment to create and enforce endpoint policies Proactively mitigate vulnerabilities experience Experienced in MS SCCM / Endpoint Manager Administration Experience using next generation endpoint protection tools Working knowledge of Power Knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems. Experience with Android and iOS devices, including, tablets and smartphones. Communication, time management, and customer service skills Demonstrated understanding of, sensitivity to, and respect for the mission and traditions of the company. Experience in MS Intune and/or Jamf Pro Knowledge of Microsofts System Center suite Demonstrated experience providing desktop and user support Industry certifications for software/hardware maintenance and support (i.e. CompTIA, Apple, Google) Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language Meticulousfollow up and documentation abilities Ability to multitask, meet specific deadlines, and prioritize tasks and assignments.
