Role: Lead Consultant - o9 Platform - Integrated Supply Management Location: Tampa, Florida - Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract or CTH Job Description: Understanding of our customers requirements by leading workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it. Effectively map the business requirements into o9s platform and come up with a clear, phased achievable blueprint. Work with a team of industry experts to configure, solution as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring process. Work with the customer to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution process. Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base. Support customer demonstrations. Understand the o9 platforms data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) post-go-live for maintaining, debugging, and enhancing various planning use cases. Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams. Validating, synthesizing, and transforming customer data for planning, visibility, collaboration, and analytics using tools like SQL/SSIS/Excel. Review and analyze the data provided by the customer along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies. Experience: The overall experience of 6+ years Minimum 2yrs hands-on experience on o9 platform. o9 Solution Should be able to configure User Roles, Reports and Graphs, configure Solver Inputs, and understand Solver output and Demand Netting. Functional experience of Supply chain planning is preferred. Ability to take complete ownership of work and deliver with minimal management oversight. Implementation Phases - Experience in end-to-end lifecycle of implementation; phases such as blueprinting, configuration, testing, go -live and post go -live.
