The primary responsibilities of this role are two-fold: building high-quality training materials and subsequently delivering end-to-end user training. Key Responsibilities & Focus Training Material Development: Develop comprehensive and effective training materials (including presentations, user guides, and job aids) for Oracle C2M modules and processes while working remotely. Training Delivery: Travel to the client site in PA to deliver end-user training sessions as needed. C2M Expertise: Ensure training content is accurately aligned with key C2M modules, such as customer service, billing, metering, and field operations. Collaboration: Work closely with the project team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate content and finalize training requirements. Required Experience & Logistics Experience: Proven hands-on experience as a functional consultant or dedicated trainer with the Oracle Utilities C2M application. Skills: Strong instructional design capabilities and familiarity with adult learning principles. Work Model: The initial phase is remote for content creation, but candidates must be willing and able to travel onsite to PA for training delivery.
