Workday Support Lead will be responsible for increasing the adoption of the existing Workday HCM and Finance solution by providing extremely high-quality service to end users and collaborating with stakeholder to receive guidance 2. Must be a go getter with great navigational, communication and technical skills who will work with Workday End Users and strategize the support model to optimize the existing solution to increase the ROI 3. Manage and motivate a team whose sole responsibility will be to support the Workday Landscape and drive resolutions of issues/inquiries, facilitating enhancement requests, and delivering effective change management and communications. 4. The incumbent will also be flexible and adaptable to changing organizational needs, particularly in adopting IT best practices and management structure. 5. Three or more years of Workday implementation experience, including understanding cross-functional business processes and developing Workday Support models. 6. Exceptional critical thinking, technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and research skills 7. Experience with service-oriented architecture design principles, common ERP integration design patterns, and in-depth knowledge of Workday's Integration Technology. 8. Must have demonstrated Workday integration experience in HCM and/or Finance 9. Experience providing enterprise application services to a user community, including resolution of complex or time-sensitive customer service issues. 10. Five or more years of experience designing and managing Workday foundational elements, business processes, and associated reporting functionality 11. Experience in formulating, negotiating, and developing Service Level Agreements NOTE: This resource should be someone who has been in a Lead role position leading a team of 3-5 resources. Must be Techno Functional and hands-on.
