The analyst will work with development, and migration teams to complete reporting and data analysis for visualization. This individual will be knowledgeable in report writing utilizing their interpretation skills for rewriting queries to adapt to Power BI. Responsibilities: Reporting, Business Requirements & Analysis (50%) Requirements gathering, development, documentation and maintenance of Development Divisions reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools. Provide ad hoc data requests. Data Analysis (30%) Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Communications/Presentations (20%) Presents and depicts the rationale of their findings in easy to understand terms for the business Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree. Masters degree or MBA is a plus. Technical Expertise: Strong SQL and Oracle PL/SQL, SAP BI (Crystal Reports), and Power BI Soft skills: Ability to communicate with end-users, effectively understanding their needs and communicating appropriate expectations to them.
