Title: Power BI Developer Location: Wilmington, DE (Work from Office from Day 1) Duration: Long Term Contract to Hire Must-Have: Minimum 4 years experience in Power BI development. Good working knowledge in Power BI Analysis for Office Should have good data modelling understanding Must have very good communication Roles & Responsibilities: Review the Power BI reporting requirements and propose solutions 5+ years designing and developing reports and dashboards in Power BI Power BI data set and dashboard creation Business analysis and requirements gathering Dimensional data modelling Snowflake Other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint) Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop. Create paginated reports using Power Bi Builder Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence. Strong SQL skills (complex queries on relational databases, stored procedures, automation) required Strong Excel skills (experience migrating data from Excel to Power BI strongly preferred) required Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure. SAP Knowledge preferred. Troubleshoot systems production/performance issues Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end customers.
