The role involves working with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that improve patient care, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements in the healthcare domain (payer, provider, claims, EHR/EMR, pharmacy, or regulatory compliance). Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
