The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Alfresco, Alfresco Share, Java/Spring, and cloud integrations (AWS) to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale content management and workflow solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop solutions leveraging the Alfresco platform, including object model, security model, taxonomy, search, UI, and workflows. Provide end-to-end Alfresco/Alfresco Share support and enhancement for medium-to-large scale implementations. Develop Alfresco-based prototypes and proof-of-concepts for enterprise document management, collaboration, BPM, and records management. Build and integrate Java/J2EE-based components with document management systems. Work with AWS cloud environments for Alfresco solutions. Perform troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization of Alfresco systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodology to ensure timely delivery. Document technical solutions and ensure best practices in ECM system implementation. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall software development experience. 8+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Alfresco & Alfresco Share. Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, WebServices, REST APIs. Hands-on experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases. Strong experience with Tomcat and good knowledge of Spring Boot. Knowledge of SOLR search and ECM implementations. Proven experience working with AWS in Alfresco environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile methodology.
