This individual will play a key role in shaping and delivering our AI strategy, working closely with data science, engineering, UX, and business teams to build innovative, customer-centric solutions that support UPSs digital transformation and growth objectives. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and business value, with exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas, influence stakeholders, and represent product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences. Mandatory Skills Experience managing AI/ML-powered products Solid understanding of: 1. Machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning) 2. Natural Language Processing (NLP) 3. Recommendation systems 4. Predictive analytics 5. Strong technical communication and ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers 6. Full lifecycle product management experience (road mapping, prioritization, delivery) 7. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies 8. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills 9. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration 10. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions 11. Focus on customer experience (NPS) and user-centered design 12. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field Desired Skills 1. SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA) 2. SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) 3. Experience in Transportation/Logistics industry will be an asset 4. Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability 5. Experience with Personalization engines or web optimization 6.
