The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Opcenter Discrete modules, experience in Discrete Manufacturing, and proven leadership capabilities in technical delivery, governance, and stakeholder management. Must Have Technical & Functional Skills: Hands-on implementation and support experience with Siemens Opcenter MOM platform (Discrete Module). Strong knowledge of Opcenter EX FN, APS, MOM Connect, IPL, and Mendix. Experience in Discrete Manufacturing and Aerospace industry domains. Deep understanding of Opcenter Execution Discrete modules and associated functionality. Knowledge of Closed Loop Manufacturing (PLM and ERP integration). Familiarity with APIs, middleware, messaging queues, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience with Opcenter customization extensions and MES upgrade processes. Knowledge of OPC-UA, PLC/SCADA interfacing, and analytical problem-solving techniques. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with customer stakeholders to design and deliver solutions based on the Siemens Opcenter MOM platform. Conduct techno-functional analysis, assess change impacts, and propose optimized solutions. Provide technical leadership and product guidance to development teams. Perform development and configuration within Opcenter Discrete modules. Manage incident, problem, change, and service request processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. Oversee governance, SLA, and KPI management to ensure system uptime and application performance. Lead customer engagement, team coordination, and knowledge management activities. Work closely with manufacturing sites to understand and support shop-floor business processes. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within MES and digital manufacturing systems. Coordinate with MES Center of Excellence (COE), interfacing application teams, and digital transformation initiatives. Support system upgrades, implementations, and operational excellence initiatives with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience: Prior experience supporting Discrete Aerospace Manufacturing clients. Demonstrated ability to lead onshore/offshore technical teams. Proven track record of successful MES deployment and optimization projects.
