Must have proven experience leading and managing software engineering teams. Requirements : Must have 5+ yrs "Leading" the design, development, and maintenance of complex C++ applications Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and multithreading. Experience with modern development tools (Git, CMake, CI/CD pipelines). Familiarity with additional languages (Python, Java) or cloud platforms. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Must have prior experience architecting scalable, high-performance solutions and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices. Must have prior experience managing & mentoring team of 4-8 engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment such as : Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth for team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver projects on time. Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity. Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and upper management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to mentor, coach, and inspire team members.
