You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI systems to solve real-world business challenges. This role requires strong programming skills, a deep understanding of ML/AI techniques, and the ability to work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for various applications (e.g., classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems). Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets. Deploy models into production environments using MLOps best practices (e.g., CI/CD, model monitoring). Continuously improve model performance through testing, evaluation, and retraining. Translate business requirements into scalable ML/AI solutions. Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science. Document models, experiments, and processes for reproducibility and collaboration. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Solid programming experience in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with ML lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker). Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working on production-grade ML/AI projects. Experience with deep learning, NLP (e.g., transformers, LLMs), or computer vision. Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience working in an Agile development environment. Contributions to open-source ML/AI projects or publications.
