Support and maintain complex, multi-data center network, server, and storage infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability. Maintenance, patching, and upgrades of assigned infrastructure systems. Provide recommendations on improvements to the environment and configuration. Develop best practice guidelines for assigned infrastructure systems. Support other projects and initiatives as assigned. Support business continuity goals, including testing and actual events. Skills and Abilities: Proven experience in system administration. Ability to integrate systems into the complex computing environment. Ability and desire to learn new skills and technologies. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Proven system troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Ability to create system diagrams and documentation. Effectively interfacing with business and technical stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly self-motivated and directed. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience required. 4 years of experience in Linux system administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux. 2 years of experience in provisioning and maintaining infrastructure through automation tool or scripting (Ansible, Puppet, Python, , etc.). 2 years of experience in supporting Middleware technology stack (WebLogic, Adobe AEM, Apache HTTPD, LDAP). Understanding and exposure to VMware vCenter and ESXi. Understanding and exposure to SAN and enterprise storage systems. Knowledge or experience in supporting CI/CD framework and DevOps processes. Understanding and exposure to Identity and Access Management systems (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc.).
