This is a top strategic program aimed at designing and deploying a new, end-to-end trading solution. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the Orchestrade trading platform, contributing to process optimization, system integration, and operational excellence. The project scope includes: Pre-deal origination workflow and post-execution monitoring Life-cycle management of trades Dedicated configuration and workflow support for business operations Integration with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Reporting systems End-to-end system orchestration and reconciliation The trading application Orchestrade is developed in .NET (C#), connected natively to Excel, backed by Microsoft SQL, and delivered either in-house or via AWS. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with multiple product types, learn new trading technologies, and become part of a dynamic Orchestrade Practice within a forward-thinking and collaborative team.Key Responsibilities Act as a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years experience) with deep expertise in capital markets and trading systems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including BAs, developers, QA, and project managers. Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions with business users and SMEs to gather and analyze requirements. Evaluate and validate requirements to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility. Document user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA or similar tools. Develop user stories, use cases, and scenarios for new features and enhancements. Participate actively in design, implementation, and testing phases of the project. Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm functional alignment. Provide daily updates, raise issues proactively, and communicate project status in Agile ceremonies. Assist in story point estimation, task breakdown, and sprint planning in Agile environments. Support post-deployment validation and ensure successful adoption by end users.Required Skills and Qualifications Hands-on experience with Orchestrade trading platform. Proven Capital Markets experience with strong cross-asset class product knowledge. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. In-depth understanding of project life cycles and Agile delivery models. Prior exposure to trading systems such as Murex, Calypso, or Orchestrade. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Experience in authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing workflows in JIRA. Proficiency in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines. Solid understanding of financial products and banking processes.
