The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of CA/2E (Synon) and COBOL AS400/ILE programming, with proven experience leading onshore/offshore development teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret functional and technical requirements for PBM systems. Collaborate with business and capability teams to refine and validate requirements. Perform hands-on development using CA/2E (Synon), COBOL AS400/ILE, and CLLE. Guide and mentor development teams in an onshore/offshore delivery model. Partner with cross-functional teams to build robust and efficient system solutions. Optimize and fine-tune existing applications and processes. Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement. Coordinate with client teams for requirement clarification and technical solution discussions. Contribute to technical roadmap planning for future functional and architectural enhancements. Technical & Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of core PBM functions adjudication, pricing, accumulators, MED D pricing, benefit plans, patient pay, and regulatory processes. 15+ years of hands-on programming experience in CA/2E (Synon) including array handling and commit control. 8+ years of experience in COBOL AS400 and/or COBOL ILE development. Expertise in iSeries, SYNON, COBOL/400, CLLE, SQL, and AS400 (Mid-Range) systems. Experience with ACMS/MOM and strong exposure to DB2400. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD environments. Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required). Masters Degree is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience with RxClaim or similar PBM platforms. Strong communication and leadership skills in a global delivery environment.
