The consultant will analyze business requirements, map current processes, and develop effective solutions within the D365 Finance and Supply Chain (FSC) environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand current business processes and ERP configurations. Document existing D365 F&O environment, data mapping, and setup requirements for conversion. Lead setup of new entities and configure reporting ledgers per business needs. Develop functional and configuration documentation and configure the D365 application accordingly. Manage data conversions across multiple domains invoices, POs, items, suppliers, and customers. Conduct CRP sessions, demos, and collect business feedback. Create and execute test scenarios for SIT and UAT phases. Develop training materials and deliver hands-on end-user training. Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Utilize Microsoft ecosystem tools including LCS, BPM, VSTS, PowerApps, and Office 365 for implementation efficiency. Prepare and deliver presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and best practices. Experience & Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (SaaS ERP) implementations (Finance preferred; OM, Inventory, Production, Purchasing also acceptable). Minimum 3+ full lifecycle D365 F&O ERP implementations. 5+ years of significant experience in D365 FSC across manufacturing or enterprise domains. Strong experience with data conversion, multi-entity reporting, and currency management. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and related tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or related field. Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 FSC highly desirable. Additional Requirements: Advanced understanding of manufacturing industry processes. Strong project implementation and execution skills planning, training, UAT, CRP, and data conversion. Ability to manage complex deliverables independently. Strong organizational, time management, and client-facing skills. Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential travel to Mexico during key project phases. Desired Skills: Experience setting up multi-currency reporting ledgers.
