This role requires a blend of business sense and technical curiosity, focused on creating outstanding customer experiences through innovative solutions. What You'll Do You will partner closely with product peers and cross-functional teams to drive a large initiative through to launch and beyond. Your primary focus will be on execution, delivering against established timelines, and ensuring the final product meets customer needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Leadership Co-lead a significant, in-progress cross-functional project, focusing on successful delivery. Define and refine detailed product requirements, helping to influence technical design solutions and the overall development roadmap. Oversee development progress, establish required next steps, and achieve all project milestones in a timely manner. Establish a robust launch strategy, including engagement with operational teams for post-go-live management. Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving Engage diverse cross-functional partners to understand broad business needs and address critical feedback. Facilitate regular meetings with partner teams to quickly problem-solve and drive consensus on key project decisions. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to various partners, including senior leadership. Identify solutions by understanding the technical landscape related to the project. Advise and execute risk assessment and mitigation plans as needed. Prioritization & Detail Orientation Prioritize team activities, tasks, and issues across multiple tracks of intersecting work. Maintain a meticulous attention to detail while ensuring the overall strategic progress of the project. Ensure clear and thorough documentation of project details, product requirements, and operational plans. Requirements to be Successful Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of progressive Product Management experience, with a proven track record in end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of large cross-functional projects. Expertise in leading purchase flow enhancements or experience defining and delivering innovative front-end customer experiences is highly preferred. Deep understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Proven skill in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and translating diverse business needs into actionable product requirements and technical capabilities. Ability to learn and absorb technical (product) concepts quickly. Professional Attributes Proactive, resilient, and highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments with tight deadlines. Exceptional analytical reasoning and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both project-level discussions and executive-level updates. Education Bachelors degree or equivalent education. A technical background is strongly preferred. Experience in product/project management for a large internet site is a significant plus.
