Usage of IMS performance reports/metrics to analyse improvements. Good experience with software maintenance. Essential Knowledge : Excellent Communication skills Strong troubleshooting Vendor coordination & ticket coordination Business knowledge, Application team coordination Desirable : Experience in supporting PROD environments.
