The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SQL, data warehousing, ETL, and Power BI, and is passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data models and schemas to support BI and analytics initiatives. Use SQL to query, transform, and optimize large datasets for reporting and analysis. Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, applying UX and visualization best practices. Develop and manage ETL processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver meaningful insights. Apply data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas) to structure data efficiently. Partner with data engineers and analysts to ensure smooth integration and reporting workflows. Identify and resolve data quality issues and drive continuous process improvement. Required Skills & Experience: Banking industry experience is required. Strong SQL proficiency with proven experience in data modeling and schema design. Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling). Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and visual analytics. Solid ETL experience (Alteryx preferred but not required). Proven ability to manipulate and optimize large datasets for analytics. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in cross-functional data environments. Familiarity with other data visualization or ETL tools.
