The role manages AMS support across FDM, Accounting, Procurement, Banking, and Projects Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. Workday Financials certification mandatory. 8+ years Workday Financials experience; 4+ years in AMS or Finance system support. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Having proven skill set in role of Project Management with 10+ years of experience. Proven experience acting as a translator between business and technical teams, with a strong understanding of both HR processes and Workday configuration. Experience in leading or supporting HRIT projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative mindset and ability to influence without authority. Deep familiarity with Workday tools and functionality; experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus. Ability to drive digital transformation and automation in Finance processes. Strong project management and change leadership skills. Expertise in data analytics, workforce insights, and reporting tools. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
