The role involves working closely with the client and District agencies to analyze problems, define needs, and advise on/recommend technical solutions. Mandatory Qualifications (8+ Years Required): In-depth knowledge of the .NET Framework and .NET Core. Expertise in building web applications, including MVC and Razor Pages. Strong proficiency in C#.NET. Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and management, especially SQL Server. Skill in developing and integrating with RESTful APIs. Experience with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure. Proficiency in Visual Studio and GitHub. Experience enhancing existing systems, creating technical specifications, and communicating effectively with senior management. Solid understanding of web application architecture, object-oriented design, and relational database design.
