This role is responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into functional specifications, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and system requirements. Conduct detailed business and system analysis, including current-state and future-state process mapping. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system imization. System Enhancement & Implementation: Project & Stakeholder Management: Documentation & Training: Core Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system testing practices. Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or custom business applications.
