Role: Product Manager Location : Chicago, IL (Remote) Duration: Contract As a Product Manager on the Fintech team, you will be responsible to identify the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill. You will articulate what success looks like for a product and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality. You will set the goals, define success, help motivate teams, and are responsible for the outcome of the product. Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience; prior experience in fintech or consumer lending is a plus. Outstanding written and verbal communication with a diverse stakeholder audience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations and time. Zones to drive consensus in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with a highly regulated industry. Fluency with agile methodology, product management tools, SQL, Excel, web analytics and AB. Fluency with testing software and its processes.
