Please call me back at 571-360-5388 Ext. 333 Title : Scrum Master Duration : 12+ months Location : Remote Job Description The Senior Scrum Master coordinates an agile delivery team, ensures all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. The Senior Scrum Master will work with teams to iteratively and incrementally deliver value. The Senior Scrum Master work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Job Description Holds teams accountable for delivery, continuous improvement, and staying true to values. Makes work visible and removes impediments encountered by the team, ensuring the team is as productive as possible. Facilitates and owns team ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Supports PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt sessions. Facilitates coordination with external dependent teams. Enables delivery and product team to be ready for Sprint and Program Increment planning Coaches teams new to Agile and Scrum on mindset and fundamentals. Collaborates with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to contribute to the improvement of Agile practices within the organization, including through Communities of Practice. Begins to influence departments strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Required Qualifications 3+ years as a Scrum Master 2+ years of experience working with agile methodologies on large scale, technically complex projects Experience coaching and mentoring others Proven ability to facilitate the removal of impediments Validated agile learning/credentials such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), IC Agile Team Facilitator (ATF), SAFe Agilist, or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Experience with Agile Tracking tools (agile lifecycle management tools); preference for Azure DevOps (ADO) Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree Experience working with Cyber Security teams Experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe, LESS, etc.) environment Experience working with both development and non-development scrum teams Advanced certification such as Certified Scrum Professional or Scaled Agile Program Consultant Experience with Portfolio Tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Align, PlanView/Leankit Thanks & Regards Shivam Malik Technical Recruiter Largeton.inc E- [email protected]| C- 571-360-5388 Ext. 333 Keywords: cprogramm card http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=290146&uid= |
