Job Title: Earnix/Ratabase or Guidewire Rating Consultant Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Implementation Partner - HCL America Visa - won't work. Total Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with hands-on experience in Earnix or Ratabase to join our analytics and pricing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance rating systems, data analytics, and statistical modeling, along with solid programming expertise in Python and familiarity with advanced analytical techniques such as NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain rating and pricing models using Earnix or Ratabase platforms. Extract and translate business rules into system configurations and analytical frameworks. Build, validate, and review statistical models to predict customer behavior, risk, and demand. Lead development and implementation of banking and insurance analytics products and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical insights and process improvements. Drive research and analytical initiatives both independently and collaboratively. Provide training, mentorship, and technical support to team members for skill enhancement. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, and compliance standards. Skill Requirements 8+ years of experience in analytics, data modeling, or rating system development. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Earnix or Ratabase, coupled with strong Python programming skills. Proven experience in rules extraction and configuration management. Strong understanding of data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.). Exposure to NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning techniques. Solid experience in the P&C insurance domain. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage projects and drive deliverables independently. Certifications: Guidewire certification in PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter will be a plus.
