Candidates must work hybrid in Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC. Final interview will be in person. resume will be short need proper LinkedIn with full name and profile picture need genuine official reference Lead end-to-end data analysis efforts including data discovery, profiling, validation and quality assurance across Oracle and Snowflake environments. Perform data mapping, transformation analysis and document mapping artifacts to ensure accuracy and traceability between source systems, data warehouse/data marts and reporting layers. Act as the primary business-technical liaison: translate business requirements into technical data requirements, validate analytic outputs, and ensure reports meet business expectations. Drive data quality (DQA) activities, identify data issues, define remediation approaches and validate fixes with stakeholders. Work within Agile teams, participate in sprint planning, and mentor junior analysts on best practices for data analysis and documentation. Provide clear, detailed explanations of approaches, challenges encountered and solutions implemented; demonstrate end-to-end ownership of deliverables.Required Skills & Experience Expert-level SQL skills for discovery, profiling and validation. Experience with Snowflake and Oracle databases. Strong background in Data Warehousing, data mapping and data transformation techniques. Proven experience in Data Quality Assurance (DQA) practices. Prior P&C / Commercial Lines insurance experience required must understand insurance data flows from the data warehouse to data marts and reporting. Experience working in Agile environments and ability to mentor junior team members. Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.Important Notes / Constraints Final interview is in-person. Position requires hybrid onsite work in Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC. Manager explicitly does not want ETL Developers or Cloud Engineers for this role.
