Location: - Denver, CO (Hybrid, Onsite 2 days) Visa: - All but no H1B/OPT/CPT Contracts Manager (Vendor Sourcing Manager) 3-5 years of experience This is a role that is focused on contract negotiations, work order drafting, savings targets, and risk management. Responsible for the management, editing and negotiation of service, sales and licensing agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents. Other responsibilities include enhancing and maintaining policies and procedures relating to contracts consistent with legal, compliance and business needs and acting as an effective liaison between attorneys and business partners to address issues as they relate to contracts. Demonstrated ability to synthesize and extract complex legal, technical, and business issues and act as an internal consultant to facilitate accurate and creative solutions to operational and other business issues is required. Prior experience in operating a contracts database is highly desired. Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to work across the enterprise or within cross-functional team and have strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite applications and Outlook is required. Ariba Cloud -preferred..
