Ensure execution of tasks as per the plan, execute conversion mock cutovers and plan conversion go live cutovers. Must have good level of SAP functional experience at-least in one or more modules to be able to understand conversion issues and put together a resolutions plan. Must have worked as a data conversions lead focusing on all aspects of conversion planning activities and tasks. Ability to guide data conversion teams ( extraction, transformation and load teams ) on the overall conversion approach, timelines, milestones, activities, and key deliverables.
