Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead or QA Lead role. Strong background in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across large-scale enterprise or government modernization projects. Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, Zephyr, TestRail, or equivalent). Proven ability to develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts in alignment with project goals. Experience collaborating with multi-vendor and cross-functional teams in a structured project environment. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA best practices. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify risks, propose mitigations, and maintain transparency with leadership. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with state or federal government agencies. Knowledge of Quality Management frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies. Familiarity with modernization projects involving legacy system replacement or data migration.
