Location: Remote Summary SunPower is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Financial Systems Consultant to join a world-class dynamic organization within the Finance and Accounting team. This is a critical position that will support the Fusion Migration Project related to Global Finance and Accounting organizations. REQUIREMENTS: Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud PPM functionality. Configure the Cloud SCM Application based on SunPower requirements. Develop innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud SCM for various Cloud SCM business requirements. Provide functional application leadership and guidance to SunPower regarding best practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation. Provide thought leadership around industry best practices for improving operational efficiencies and profitability of SunPower business. Assist in documenting and performing application setups for test instances. Thoroughly review application setup and configuration with the appropriate SunPower lead to obtaining sign-off. Raise issues and work resolutions as they come up to ensure adherence to the project schedule. Developing an understanding of SunPower s current state process and developing future state recommendations Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high-level implementation plans Work with the respective SunPower functional lead to ensure knowledge transfer. Provide guidance to the respective SunPower functional lead in the preparation of training materials and class agendas Lead weekly project status meetings for assigned team and actively participate in project s weekly status, and/or, issues meetings. Acts as mentor for the professional growth of project team personnel and will provide guidance and support to strengthen skills of all project team members assigned to the projects they manage. Effectively produces deliverables. Qualifications: BA/BS degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or a related field. 15 years of progressive experience in consulting environment or related industry/experience working directly with Oracle E-Business and Cloud/Fusion applications. years experience of related technical or business project experience 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP Projects, with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud/Fusion. Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud: Product Hub, Inventory, Costing, GOP, Oracle Value Chain Planning, Planning Analytics, Data Collections, and Source system Setups. Experience or strong knowledge of how the Oracle SCM Modules integrate with other ERP cloud modules Hands-on experience in managing and executing tasks and deliverables in the following elements of a project lifecycle: Design Build/Configuration Training Testing Deploy Support Proficient or lead Fusion SCM modules.
