Dont change the candidates LinkedIn until they are selected or rejected. Interview process: o One quick video with me o Resume is submitted to Capgemini o If approved in analysis, there will be a mock test done by candidate online o L1 round with Capgemini on Teams o Last interview ON SITE with client/Capgemini non-negotiable (so relocation is NOT an option) Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Requirements: Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong background in software development. Extensive experience with Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Knowledge of microservices architecture. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Understanding of Agile methodologies.
