Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions that align with business objectives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management platforms.
